Guest Profiles

Guest Profile Page

Click any guest's name in your guest list to see their full profile:

• Contact details — name, email, phone
• Event history — every event they've attended across your organization
• No-show tracking — toggle no-show status per event, see no-show rate
• Internal notes — private notes visible only to org admins
• Custom field answers — responses to registration form questions

Org-Wide Guest Directory

Browse all guests across all your events from Guests in the sidebar. The directory shows:

• Total events attended
• Total spend
• Last event date
• No-show count

Use filters to find specific guests:

• Search by name or email
• Filter by no-show status
• Filter returning customers (2+ events)

Editing Guest Details

Admins can edit a guest's name, email, or phone from their profile page. Changes apply to their guest record across all events.
