QR Code Scanning

Every registered guest receives a unique QR code in their confirmation email and digital wallet. At the event, scan it using the check-in page on any device with a camera.

How to Check In Guests

1. Go to your event dashboard
2. Click Check-in in the event navigation
3. Use your phone or laptop camera to scan the guest's QR code
4. The system confirms the guest name, ticket tier, and check-in status

Offline Support

The QR scanner works offline. Scanned check-ins queue locally and sync automatically when internet reconnects. You can process 60+ guests per minute.

Multi-door Sync

Multiple staff members can scan at different entrances simultaneously. All check-ins sync in real time via the dashboard — the capacity counter updates instantly across all devices.

Walk-in Registration

For guests who didn't pre-register:

1. Click Walk-in on the check-in page
2. Enter their name and email
3. A digital ticket is issued immediately

Real-time Capacity Counter

The check-in dashboard shows:

• Total checked in vs. total registered
• Check-in rate (guests per minute)
• Remaining capacity
