Notification Center
Stay informed with real-time notifications in your dashboard
Bell Icon
The notification bell icon is located in the top-right corner of the dashboard header. A red badge appears when you have unread notifications.
Click the bell to open the notification dropdown. From there you can view recent notifications and mark them as read.
Real-Time Notifications
Notifications appear in real time without requiring a page refresh. When a new notification arrives, the bell badge updates instantly.
Notification Types
The following events trigger in-app notifications:
| Type | When it fires |
|---|---|
| New registration | A guest registers for your event |
| Payment received | A paid ticket purchase is completed |
| Registration cancelled | A guest cancels their registration |
| Waitlist join | A guest joins the waitlist |
| Check-in | A guest checks in at a live event |
| Refund processed | A ticket refund is completed |
| Subscription renewed | Your Pro subscription was billed successfully |
| Payment failed | A subscription payment attempt failed |
Marking as Read
Click any notification to mark it as read and navigate to the relevant page. To mark all notifications as read at once, click Mark all as read at the top of the dropdown.
Notification History
Full notification history is available in the notification dropdown. Scroll down to load older notifications. Notifications are retained for 90 days.
