Page Builder
Customize your event page with the WYSIWYG page builder
Overview
The Page Builder lets you design your public event page with a visual editor. Add text blocks, images, buttons, and social links — then rearrange them with drag-and-drop. Changes are saved automatically.
To open the Page Builder, navigate to your event and click Page Builder in the sidebar.
Rich Text Editing
Click any text block to edit it inline. The rich text toolbar appears above your selection and includes:

| Font Size | Adjust heading and body text sizes |
| Text Color | Pick a custom text color |
| Highlight Color | Apply a background highlight to selected text |
| Bold / Italic / Underline | Standard text formatting |
| Link | Insert or edit a hyperlink via the link dialog |
| Undo / Redo | Step backward or forward through edits |
CTA Button Block
Add a call-to-action button to drive registrations or link to external pages.
- Click the + block picker at the bottom of the page
- Select CTA Button
- Configure the button:
- Label — the text displayed on the button
- URL — where the button links to
- Style — choose a visual style (filled, outlined, etc.)
The button automatically uses your event's primary color from the theme settings.
Social Links Block
Display links to your social media profiles.
- Add a Social Links block from the block picker
- Click Add to include a platform (Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Enter the URL for each platform
- Drag to reorder the icons
- Customize icon appearance to match your event branding
Image Blocks
Upload images directly into your event page:
- Add an Image block from the block picker
- Upload a file or paste a URL
- Use the display size toggle to switch between small, medium, and full-width
Drag-and-Drop Reordering
Rearrange any block on your page by dragging it to a new position. Grab the drag handle on the left side of a block and drop it where you want it.
Theme Settings
Customize the look of your event page in the theme panel:
- Primary Color — used for the hero section, CTA buttons, and accent elements throughout the page
- Changes apply instantly across all blocks that use the theme color
Navigating Between Views
Switch between the Page Builder and the standard event editor at any time:
- Click Edit Event to return to the event settings form
- Click Page Builder to return to the visual editor
Your content is saved automatically in both views.
