Ticket Tiers & Pricing

Ticket Types

Create multiple ticket tiers per event — GA, VIP, Early Bird, Staff, etc.

Each tier has:

• Name — displayed to guests
• Price — in EUR (€0 for free events)
• Capacity — maximum number of tickets (-1 for unlimited)
• Description — optional details about what's included

Free Events

Free tickets require no Stripe setup. Guests register instantly.

Paid Events (Pro Plan)

Paid ticket tiers require Stripe Connect:

1. Go to Settings > Payments
2. Click Connect with Stripe to create or link your Express account
3. Once connected, you can set prices on ticket tiers

Pricing model: 0% platform commission. You keep 100% of ticket revenue (minus Stripe's processing fee of ~1.5% + €0.25 per transaction).

Discount Codes

Create promo codes at Coupons in the event dashboard:

• Percentage discount — e.g., 20% off
• Fixed amount discount — e.g., €10 off
• Usage limit — maximum redemptions
• Expiry date — auto-expires after this date

Guests enter the code during registration checkout.
