Connecting Stripe

To sell paid tickets, connect your Stripe account:

1. Go to Settings > Payments
2. Click Connect with Stripe
3. Complete the Stripe Express onboarding (takes ~5 minutes)
4. Once connected, you'll see your account status as Active

How Payments Work

Eventually uses Stripe Connect with Express accounts:

• Guests pay via Stripe Checkout (card, iDEAL, etc.)
• Funds go directly to your Stripe account
• 0% platform commission — you keep 100% (minus Stripe's processing fee)

Refunds

To refund a ticket:

1. Go to the guest's registration in the Guests tab
2. Click Cancel & Refund
3. The refund is processed through Stripe automatically

Currency

All pricing is in EUR (€). Stripe handles currency conversion for international payments.
