Track attendance, revenue, and engagement for your events
Dashboard Overview
The analytics dashboard gives you an at-a-glance view of your organization's performance. Access it from Dashboard → Analytics.
Key metrics shown:
- Total registrations across all events
- Total revenue (paid tickets)
- Upcoming events and their registration status
- Recent activity feed
Per-Event Analytics
Each event has its own Analytics tab with detailed data:
- Open an event from your dashboard
- Click the Analytics tab
Attendance Tracking
- Total registrations over time (line chart)
- Registrations by ticket type
- Waitlist size
- Check-in count vs. total registrations (attendance rate)
- Real-time capacity counter during live events
Revenue Charts
- Revenue over time (line chart)
- Revenue by ticket type
- Total revenue vs. refunds
Traffic Sources
Where your registrations are coming from:
- Direct link
- Embedded widget
- Referral sources (if tracking parameters are present)
Sales Over Time
A day-by-day breakdown of registrations and sales so you can see when registration momentum was highest (e.g., after an announcement or email blast).
Feedback Surveys
If you enabled post-event feedback for an event, survey responses appear in the Analytics tab under Feedback. Each response includes:
- Star rating
- Optional text response
- Submission timestamp
Aggregate stats (average rating, response rate) are shown at the top.
Advanced Analytics (Pro)
Pro plan organizations unlock advanced analytics including:
- Cohort breakdowns
- Traffic source attribution
- Export to CSV
To access advanced analytics, upgrade to Pro from Settings → Billing.
