Quick Start
Create your first event in under 5 minutes
1. Create Your Organization
After signing up at app.eventually.one, you'll be prompted to create your organization. Enter your organization name and a URL-friendly slug.
2. Create Your First Event
Click Create Event from the events dashboard. Fill in:
- Event name — the title guests will see
- Date and time — when your event starts and ends
- Location — venue address or "Online"
- Description — tell guests what to expect
3. Set Up Tickets
Go to the Tickets tab to add ticket tiers:
- Free tickets — no payment required
- Paid tickets (Pro plan) — integrates with Stripe Connect
- Set capacity limits, early bird pricing, or multiple tiers (GA, VIP, etc.)
4. Build Your Event Page
Use the Page Builder to create a beautiful event page:
- Add blocks: text, images, gallery, schedule, speakers, FAQ, testimonials
- Edit text directly on the canvas (WYSIWYG)
- Customize colors and themes
- Preview on desktop and mobile
5. Publish and Share
Click Publish to make your event live. Share the link with guests or embed a registration widget on your website.
