Email Blasts
Send targeted emails to your event guests
Sending an Email Blast
- Go to your event's Communications tab
- Write your subject line and message body
- Choose your audience segment:
- All registrants — approved, pending, and waitlisted
- Approved only — confirmed guests
- Checked-in only — guests who have checked in
- Click Send Now or schedule for later
Channels
- Email — fully supported, sent via Resend
- SMS — available for reminders
- WhatsApp — available for reminders (Pro plan)
Blast History
View all sent and scheduled blasts in the Communications tab. Each blast shows:
- Subject line
- Recipient count
- Open rate (for email)
- Channel badges
- Sent date
Weekly Limits
