Email Blasts

Send targeted emails to your event guests

Sending an Email Blast

  1. Go to your event's Communications tab
  2. Write your subject line and message body
  3. Choose your audience segment:
    • All registrants — approved, pending, and waitlisted
    • Approved only — confirmed guests
    • Checked-in only — guests who have checked in
  4. Click Send Now or schedule for later

Channels

  • Email — fully supported, sent via Resend
  • SMS — available for reminders
  • WhatsApp — available for reminders (Pro plan)

Blast History

View all sent and scheduled blasts in the Communications tab. Each blast shows:

  • Subject line
  • Recipient count
  • Open rate (for email)
  • Channel badges
  • Sent date
