Upgrading to Pro

Go to Settings → Billing
Click Go Pro
Choose your billing interval:
- Monthly — €29/month
- Annual — €228/year (effectively €19/month, saving €120/year)
You'll be redirected to Stripe Checkout to complete payment

The upgrade takes effect immediately after payment.

Changing Billing Interval

To switch between monthly and annual billing:

Go to Settings → Billing
Click Manage subscription
In the Stripe Customer Portal, select Update plan
Choose the new billing interval

The change applies at the start of your next billing period.

Cancelling (Downgrading from Pro)

To cancel your Pro subscription:

Go to Settings → Billing
Click Manage subscription
In the Stripe Customer Portal, click Cancel plan
Confirm cancellation

Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period — you are not charged again. After cancelling Pro, you switch to per-event pricing (€9.99 per publish). All published events remain live after downgrade.

You keep all your data when downgrading. Pro-only features (custom domain, API, webhooks, etc.) become unavailable until you resubscribe.

Invoice History

All invoices are emailed automatically to your billing address after each successful charge. To view them in-app:

Go to Settings → Billing
Scroll to Invoice history

You can also download past invoices from the Stripe Customer Portal under Billing history. Per-event receipts are available separately via Stripe for each publish charge.

Invoices are in PDF format and include VAT breakdown where applicable.

What Happens on Cancellation

When your Pro subscription ends:

Your organization switches to per-event pricing (€9.99 per publish)
All published events remain live and fully manageable
Guests can still register on existing events
Pro-only features (custom domain, API, webhooks, etc.) are disabled
Team members beyond 3 retain read access until the owner removes them

Resubscribing

To resubscribe after cancelling, follow the same upgrade steps above. Your previous configuration (events, guests, page builder content) is preserved — nothing is deleted when downgrading.
