All plans include: page builder, check-in app, iDEAL/Bancontact/card payments, Apple & Google Wallet tickets, discount codes, CRM, guest history, basic analytics, AI support.
Pro adds: Custom domain, REST API & webhooks, WhatsApp broadcasts, ticket resale, advanced analytics, unlimited emails, remove branding, human support (24h SLA).
How Billing Works
Charges happen when you click Publish — not when you create an event. You can create unlimited drafts for free on any plan.
- First event: Free for every new organization. No credit card required.
- Subsequent events: €9.99 each via Stripe (card, iDEAL, or Bancontact).
- Pro plan: Unlimited publishes included.
First Event Free
Every organization gets one free published event with full platform access:
- No credit card required
- No time limit
- All features included
- After the event: keep full access to data, analytics, and guest history
Refund Policy

Maximum 3 automatic refunds per organization per rolling 30 days.
Upgrading to Pro
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Go Pro
- Choose monthly (€29/month) or annual (€228/year — saves €120)
- Complete payment via Stripe Checkout
The upgrade takes effect immediately. Break-even: Pro makes sense at 3+ events/month.
Stripe Customer Portal
Manage your Pro subscription via the Stripe-hosted portal:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Manage subscription
From the portal you can cancel, switch billing frequency, update payment method, and download invoices.
Downgrading from Pro
When you cancel Pro:
- Access continues until end of billing period
- All published events stay live
- New publishes require €9.99 each
- Existing events remain fully manageable
Invoice History
Invoices are generated by Stripe and emailed to your billing address. View them in-app at Settings → Billing → Invoice history. Per-event receipts are also available via Stripe.
Payment Processing
- Zero commission — ticket revenue goes directly to your Stripe account
- The €9.99 per-event fee and €29/month Pro fee are separate charges to Eventually
- Stripe processing fees apply: iDEAL €0.70, Card €0.35 + 3.4%, Bancontact €0.30 + 2.5%
